Love My Dog Training Group Classes Message

We hope everyone is enjoying the summer! In May we sent out our summer class schedule. We have a few additions to it, including a couple of events that we thought you might be interested in. Below are the new additions to the schedule. Beneath the new additions are the previous classes that were sent out in our last email. We understand that some people are not regularly receiving our emails. Rest assured, we have not removed anyone from the list. Once you have signed up, we send them to you until you unsubscribe from the list. NEW CLASSES AND EVENTS: Walking Can Be Such a Drag! • Saturday, June 28, 12:00 - 2:00 pm • Location: Pet Station, 2300 S. Colorado Blvd. • Cost: Free • No registration necessary. Wish you could enjoy your walks, with your dog walking nicely next to you instead of pulling you down the street? Meet us to get some tips on teaching your dog to walk nicely. We will also help you choose the most effective equipment for you and your dog. Stop in at your convenience. Dog Days at High Point • Saturday, July 26, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm • Location: High Point, Denver/Aurora (near the Tower Road exit off Pena Blvd.) • http://www.highpointcolorado.com/location.htm • Love My Dog Training will be working with two other trainers to provide free dog training sessions for puppies and adult dogs throughout the event. • No pre-registration necessary, just show up and sign up! • All of the details have not been worked out yet, but you can find out more about this community at: http://www.highpointcolorado.com/location.htm Taking it to the Streets: Polite Pooches in Public Summer Series: Tuesdays, July 22 – September 9, 7:00-8:00 pm Location: First session is at Deer Creek Animal Hospital, Southwest Littleton near C-470/Kippling. Remaining sessions will be various dog-friendly locations around the Littleton and surrounding areas. Cost: $150 for 8 sessions. Pre-registration is required. Pre-requisite: Basic Training or equivalent. Your dog must be current on all vaccinations, including Bordatella (kennel cough). This class is for those who have done the Basics and now want to get out and practice in the real world! During our first session, we will choose the locations for our remaining sessions. We will look for suggestions for dog-friendly locations you would like to meet and practice your dog’s polite social skills. Maximum of 8 dogs in this class. If we are able to fill the class, we will work in collaboration with Ana Melara of Training With Grace. PUPPY CLASSES SUNDAYS Puppy Recess (socialization sessions) Every Sunday except July 6 and Aug. 31; 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Location: Deer Creek Animal Hospital, Southwest Littleton near C-470/Kippling. Cost: $5. No registration is required. Puppy Recess is for dogs 8 weeks to 6 months of age. Your puppy must be current on all age-appropriate vaccinations, including Bordatella (kennel cough). Puppy Pre-School Summer Series: Sundays, May 18 – July 20 (Skip May 25, June 8 & July 6), 1:15-2:15 pm Summer Series 2: Sundays, July 27 - Sept. 14 (Skip August 31), 1:15-2:15 pm Location: Deer Creek Animal Hospital, Southwest Littleton near C-470/Kippling. Cost: $120 for 7 sessions. Pre-registration is required. Puppy Pre-School is for dogs 8 weeks to 6 months of age.
