Our Online Training Course includes handouts, e-books and video content. It is for people wanting the benefits of a training class but who are unable to attend for various reasons. It is also a more affordable way to “attend” a class. Our Online Course blends the best of our Puppy Preschool and Basic Training Classes. This content will give you the best possible start to training the perfect dog! It is accessible on any device, including PCs, smartphones and tablets.
Our training methods use positive reinforcement and focus on teaching our dogs what we WANT them to do. No harsh methods are used or recommended. This training is excellent for families with children. We recommend all family members participate in the training so that everyone is consistent in teaching and communicating with their dog.
Content Includes
1. Video. Twenty-six video clips covering a 7 session group training course. We do not want to overwhelm you with content, but rather give you what you need to effectively and efficiently train your dog. The video clips cover the key content and are between 2 -12 minutes in length. They are high quality videos in a 720 x 540 display. The clips are from actual class sessions so that you can see how the trainer works with dogs who have little or no training. Clips also include narrative audio featuring Sue Brown, Love My Dog Training’s Owner and Certified Professional Dog Trainer & Certified Dog Behavior Consultant, and explain the reasoning and methodologies behind the training.
2. Handouts. Thirty handouts that you can download and save to your PC for later reference or print and use when away from your PC. These handouts include summaries of each section’s training topics as well as additional training issues, such as crate training, house training and much more.
3. E-Books. The Recommended Products e-book includes over 30 descriptions and recommendations on products to use with your dog. You can download and save to your PC for later reference or print and use when away from your PC.
Price and Recommended Pace
The Perfect Dog Online Training Course is organized in 5 sections so that you can logically complete each section at your own pace before moving to the next section. Price is $20, which includes a full 30 days access to the content. Access online 24 hours a day, so you can learn based on your schedule, and you can access on any device, including smartphones. You can purchase additional access in 30 day increments if you need more time.
