Group Class Registration
To register for group classes, please do the following:
1) Check the Group Class Schedule to find the class you want.
2) Download, read, print and sign the Training Services Agreement [MS Word Format] [PDF Format]. You may either mail this with your Registration (our fax and address) or bring with you to the first class.
3) Download and complete the Group Class Registration Form [MS Word Format] [PDF Format]. Please e-mail it to us. You may also print it out and fax or send it via regular mail (our fax and address).
4) Please contact us to ensure available space in class BEFORE you pay.
5) Payment in full will reserve your space in class. Go to the Payment Page for payment instructions.
6) We will confirm receipt of your registration and payment. If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
7) Once your registration and payment have been sent, please read the Class Information. This contains important information that you need to know before class starts.
Seminars, Workshops and Other Special Classes
Canine Good Citizen Test
1) Download, read, print and sign the Training Services Agreement [MS Word Format] [PDF Format]. You may either fax or mail this with your Registration (our fax and address) or have it ready when I arrive for the class.

Private Instruction Registration
To register for private instruction, please do the following:
1) Please contact us about private training before completing these forms. This allows me to determine whether private instruction is right for your situation and when we can schedule training.

Behavior Consultation Registration
To register for a behavior consultation, please do the following:

Online Classes
To register for an online class, please do the following:

2) Download and complete the Online Class Registration Form [MS Word Format] [PDF Format]. Please e-mail it to us. You may also print it out and fax or send it via regular mail (our fax and address).
3) Payment must be received prior to receiving online access to the class. Please go to the Payment Page for payment instructions.
4) If you wish to attend an in-person session with your dog, pre-registration is required. Please contact us to pre-register.
