Sue Brown has a special relationship with the dogs she interacts with. It's as if the dog knows what she is thinking. Prior to having Sue work with our 2 year old adopted greyhound, Epernay, she was lacking in obedience and social graces. In just 3 months, Sue had Epernay so tuned in to learning and responding that she passed her Canine Good Citizen test the first time out with flying colors. Sue was also involved in our wedding this past June and walked along side Epernay up the aisle as they together handed sunflowers to our honored guests. Afterwards, we had several compliments from friends and family as to how well behaved our dog was. She made us so proud.....In addition to all of this, Sue has been an excellent resource for my husband and I in better understanding the uniqueness of the greyhound breed. We think very highly of Sue and her positive training methods and would be more than delighted to recommend her to anyone considering a dog trainer that they can trust.

Sue Brown has been an excellent mentor to me. I have been working under her guidance for over a year now and she has taught me a lot. She has a wealth of knowledge and her study of dogs and their behavior is ongoing. She teaches dogs and their owners with kindness, compassion and sees all dogs and owners as teachable. She is a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and is an active member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT).

We don't know how she does it, but Sue has a wonderful way with our Vizsla "Aggie Mae." We opted for private in home training and Aggie responds great to Sue and her teachings. Sue is always very prompt and comes with a great lesson plan for that training session. We love the homework assignments.

She is always concerned about how our weekly training has gone, what is working and what may not be. My wife and I are expecting a new baby in early April, so the baby preparation is top of mind. We are pleased to have Sue as Aggie's trainer. She is very passionate about what she does and it shows in her techniques and how Aggie responds to her. We have no fear in recommending Sue and her methods to anyone who is looking for dog training.

Our family got a puppy at Christmas time. She is a beautiful goldendoodle named Daisy. I have had dogs most of my life and just considered myself lucky when they behaved. We did a few little things like "sit" and "down", but not much more than that. My husband is a completely different story.

He had a Golden Retriever that was so well trained. He put in the time. I am very soft hearted so the "old" method of training seemed distasteful to me. Then came Sue. She is so patient and gives great examples. She is very supportive. We are extremely grateful to have someone that will work around our schedule and come to us. There have been many occasions where something has come up and we can e-mail her and get a very quick response.

Our puppy is a member of our family and our goal is to have a well behaved, well adjusted, happy puppy. Sue is in complete alignment with our goal and is a wonderful trainer and has the ability to train not only the puppy, but us as well. Our puppy can only learn what we are able and willing to teach.

We are so grateful to have such a wonderful and competent trainer.
