Q: I cannot play or see video

A: We encode our video to the Adobe Flash. This format is widely used and should play in nearly all PC’s and Mac’s. You may need to install this free plugin or update your current plugin to the latest version.  We recommend you visit Adobe’s webpage to download and install it. If you are at your place of employment, it is possible that videos are being blocked by your network administrator.

Q: How fast of an Internet connection do I need?

A: A broadband connection is best. However, while you can view our videos using a dial-up, it will take longer for them to download. We do our best to optimize each video to include a quality picture, while also maintaining a small file size.

Q: Can I view the video in a larger screen than what I see?

A: Yes. The video player has a button on its bottom task bar that will enlarge to full screen.

Q:  I cannot access the password-protected content or I have been redirected here.

A: Please double-check that you are submitting the username and password given to you by us. If you still cannot gain access, then its possible that your account has been suspended and you have been redirected here. We have protections in place that monitor our system; if your username and password has been compromised, then its possible that there are other people accessing the content who should not. Please contact us to get your account reinstated.
